Permanent Magnet Synchronous Frequency Conversion Motor

Canned Pumps
The fluid mechanics analysis software is used to optimize the overall efficiency of the canned pump, and the ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet variable frequency canned pump is integrated with the unique patent structure of the permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor.

1. Security Architecture
Use outer leakage protection cover and assemble with leak sensor design can make the signal output control, as the inner wetted back cover burst in abnormal damage, the chemical liquid medicine will into the outer leakage protection back cover to provoke leak sensor sensing actuator, which can effectively achieve active warning leakage protection action immediately, greatly reduced may cause the canned pumps serious damage.
2. Anti-Corrosion Structure
The motor enclosure is designed with V0 grade of high temperature resistant and fire resistant, and high safety coefficient of use. It can effectively protect the permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion motor from corrosion damage caused by external acid and alkaline gas environment or chemical liquid dripping.
3. Heat Dissipation Structure
In the frame of permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion motor and the anti-corrosion enclosure assembly with (UL-94V0) fi re grade engineering plastics, the design has a unique heat dissipation channel, which can effectively make the motor's own temperature rapidly exported by the heat dissipation channel.
4. Frequency Converter Selection
The VPM permanent magnet frequency conversion pump must be equipped with IPM/SPM special frequency converter that can drive the permanent magnet motor, which should conform to the local voltage products and specifications, and set the relevant permanent magnet motor parameters provided by us. Do not directly use mains or induction motor (IM) converter to drive the VPM permanent magnet frequency conversion canned pump. Otherwise, the product may fail to be driven or damaged.
